Investissement Quebec are 50% joint partners with Arcadium in the Whabouchi Mine and lithium hydroxide plant at Becancour.
IQ is a 40% stakeholder in Moblan and will at some stage need to pay their share of the development of the mine and possibly downstream processing.
Would they really want to have a stakes in similar ventures that are in competition with each other?
