The exception is NAL, who have rail access right to where they are.
Better still if the refinery gets built at the NAL mine site our Spod just has to go a few meters next door and instead of taking 226,000tpa of spod by train to a refinery we transport 23,000t of Lithium Carbonate to some battery manufacturer instead..now its just a matter of finding money with limited strings attached.
