We would hope this to be true. It really doesn't make sense that we've only seen a 0.2-cent increase based on the project risk-off and now ramping up and, at minimum, the price of lithium appearing to bottom out and trend towards positive territory.
Market makers are in control and unfortunately breaking out of a 0.1 band today is going to be difficult. Looking forward to the next 3 months.
