There is a whole lot more to the midnight recievership and "acquisition" of Altura by PLS. all in 48hrs and with a deal verbally accepted by the Loan Note holders on the table with Ganfeng and Galaxy repaying the loan, accepted and ready to sign on Monday IMO.
It does not make financial sense for any Loan Note holder to put a company into recievership, it is a last resort decision, as it can take years to recoup the loss e.g. Alita unless ofcourse you have a better deal prearranged.
48hrs later the uncompetitive DOCA from PLS and Aust Super is accepted by the LNH.
As Alan Kohler said "it was a steal" to Dale Henderson in an interview.
