we dont need to be merges it is already its own company. just renegotiate to 50%/50% and be done with it. By the way theres no reason why piedmont would even want to do this due to how good their deal is currently.
Piedmont get 65% of all the spod for 25% of the JV costs. Plus 25% of the JV Spod.
What reason would make them even remotely interested in changing the current setup or allowing it to be sold etc.
