Why because they have no experience in taking this down the Chemical Pathway to Carbonate/Hydroxide and in JB's/B1's own words at the AGM he stated he was more than happy to continueing supplying Spodumene to his offtake partner that being the Exwankerbankers Mob...why would that be when you know that the only way forward to maximise shareholder value for Sayona's shareholders is to go down the path of producing Carbonate for the Industry...he also said it was a no brainer going that way...geezez they rang all an sundry b4 the AGM knowing full well they were in deep shit and the voting proved it, so why wouldnt he say going Carbonate is a no brainer to appease holders his only an interim CEO who has already destroyed or added absolutely no value to the companies his been involved in with the Sesame Street Gang tagging along for the ride who have all failed as can be seen in their records and the history of the companies they have been connected to bar one person on this current Board.

The Merger talk is total bsheet as Piedmont have no mining experience and have nothing they can hang their hats on either with regard and as to Lithuim Carbonate processing for the needs of the EV Industry so in that department they bring sfa but you still go down the path with whiskies/B3 and think a merger is what we need when in reality and if we had a strong BoD's we would come out tomorrow and state Sayona is moving forward with the intention of starting up the Carbonate Plant if they had that Marlin or partner/JV with a major car manufacturer to proceed were do you think Piedmont would end up afterwards if that eventuated yep in shetsville...so Piedmont need us way more than we need them and any merger talk imo would bring a very swift response from Sayona's shareholders and possibly be the catalyst for an EGM as at this point in time that would only benefit the Exwankerbankers mob and every shareholder of Piedmont would be rubbing their hands gleefully at any likelihood of such a deal and for good reasons as stated they need us way more than we need them and the sad part is our BoD's the Sesame Street Gang are to old and have been playing right into the hands of the Exwankerbanker all along why because imo they are only puppets/muppets and until we Sayona reconstruct and implement the right experienced professional executives that have the expertise in chemical conversion area's and be able to mix it with the BEOT on their levels then we will continue to be tied to an offtake deal that is detrimental to all Sayona shareholders an the more people side with any thoughts of a merger are delusional imo as stated it would only favour one side in a already very one-sided deal.

Just consider a different opinion for once and maybe there would be some better discussion around here other than the constant hating on our BOD and partner
