Directors are obliged to call a meeting if
requested to do so by members with at
least five per cent of the votes (s 249D).
The directors must call the meeting within
21 days of the request being given to the
company and the meeting is to be held
within two months.

OR we need to vote NO to any resolutions at the next AGM to get to a second Strike.
"In particular, the two-strikes rule – by which boards face a spill motion if more than 25 per cent of shareholders vote against the remuneration report in two consecutive meetings – empowers investors to make their feelings known".
