I wonder if it would be worth bringing the concerns shareholders have to https://www.accr.org.au/ in regards to the trading of shares, resolutions of this BoD and the first/ potential second strike.
They seem to go into bat for shareholders to keep board members on track and operating in the best interests of shareholders.
