We actually have the answers to your questions. They stated at the AGM that they would be looking for a new Managing Director whom would then be crucial in hiring the CEO as they have to work close together. (or wording similar to that). The Managing Director should be announced anytime from now. I believe they said they hoped to find one by the end of the first quarter which of course could vary due to them nominating a start time or leaving current positions. Hopefully this will be announced this month.
