It is PLL's annual report and reflects the end date of the period reported ...i.e. 31 Dec 2023
PLL's stake of approx 12% ownership of SYA Mining in addition to their 25% ownership of the JV SYQ gave them an "economic interest" in the resources of ~34% (75% of 12% and 100% of 25% = 34%
As you should no doubt be aware, PLL sold its ~12% ownership stake in SYA ~21 Feb 2024.
