I disagree. I've had contact with James and Dougal on a number of occasions over the last year. Maybe jt has to do with how one communicates.. Sending an angry email asking for their heads is going to be met with no response.
FYI I have taken my own advice and gotten in touch this morning. I'll be sure to keep you posted. Or maybe I won't ..
