you would have to think that a decision of that magnitude would have at least been put in front of the board.
the first and a major OTA for a fledgling operation that tbh is still a very small footprint company is probably not something that would have been made in isolation at the CE desk. If it was, and they had disagreed, then when they found out BL would have been gone a whole lot sooner than he was.
