u mean unless you're saying that the entire BoD had a hand in those decisions in which case you'd have to assume they also then had a hand in the OTA.
Of course they did the BOD has to sign off on major decisions...the reason we have our stake in NAL is because of that OTA, at the time we had a MC of $25m so we weren't dealing from a position of strength...
