Sure is DAP to Cherryville NC ... always has been ... not hard to find out. Do you understand the meaning of the various terms of an OTA?

PLL's OTA with SYQ (nothing to do with SYA per se ...) is PRICED on the basis of delivery to Cherryville NC ... it does not have to be shipped there. Assume for a minute just for easy math, that it costs $50/t to ship to Cherryville. That means the $900 that PLL pay to SYQ for 1 ton of SC6 is actually $850 for the SC and $50 for transport. That's right ... the SELLER (i.e. SYQ) is paying the transport cost to the "Delivered At Port" (DAP) point.

Now what the point of DAP to Cherryville presently ... well there is none ... so I would suggest rather the SYQ "wasting" $50/t, PLL as the buyer would suggest to SYQ as the seller that instead of spending $50/t sending SC to Cherryville that it save on transport cost and ship it to Port of Quebec ... and maybe thats only $25/t. The "title" then goes to PLL at PoQ and PLL (or its customer in case of FOB) is responsible for shipping costs.

So now the JV i.e. SYQ is netting $875/t for that exact same ton of SC instead of $850/t.
