it's in black and white.. Once a chemical conversion facility is agreed upon in Quebec, spod is preferentially delivered that that facility... Anything that isn't required can then be bought by Piedmont under the offtake terms... why would they then sell it back to/ why would SYQ buy it back if it was unneeded in the first place?
Also, do you know about Piedmotns Tennessee hydroxide plant? wouldn't you think any spodumene they could get there hands on would be converted here once it's up and running?
