Since then the strategy has changed to investing into Australia, no doubt still for the Chinese market but unsuccessful with LTR.
Permitting for PLL in Nth Carolina is a threat and an opportunity for ALB.
It makes sense that ALB will be looking at Li mining and refining assets in Nth America to maintain their dominance IMO.
Perhaps they are behind the shorting ?!!
