You did the math? These 4 "biggest" sh represent only ~50 Mio A$ of the total capital ( today ~340 MioA$). That is not more then 15%. And it is petty cash for each of them.
Can you imagine that they see no need to take hectic action now? Compare that with the peace and quiet that the retail holders probably also have. A little grumbling on HC or X, but I can't see the need to unite and take action from the other side of the world.
