yeah i see how areas will affect how acceptance occurs. go to a car dealership here in the US, full size SUV and pickups rule the day. i was looking for a mazda 3 sedan last yr. none within 150 mi radius of new orleans. the major auto makers here have pretty much ceased production unless is more a sports car. once they fix the towing burn on the battery range that will be a huge step forward for the US. most married families have two vehicles so one could most likely be covered by an EV, if range and charging are addressed. again i think its going to happen. just not accepted as quickly as we see in other parts of the world. jmho
