Thanks for the link, you are correct it's actually a decent read against Canadian projects vs South American operations.

I'd note two things from your response.

1. Trends are past performance indicators, so I agree the past performance has been poor however.
2. Successful investing is about forward projections, to your points costs trends up 10%, but the company is implementing improvements to address.

So that leaves the following question for you, does your projection (33% cost reduction) indicate you don't believe/assess the company can achieve the reduction of costs?
