basically smart chargers that can be "turned OFF" by the network providers when supply is running out (i know you can get a power-wall). just saying that a pen stroke can show intent rather than produce an outcome. It all takes time and petro-chems provide an awful lot of energy in a world where we are reluctant to reduce energy consumption (so it has to come from somewhere if we are not prepared to use less).
