JB mentioned that their most recent drilling revealed a good body of ore below where they have been mining. He said they were looking for the “updip” where access to it will become easier, (rather an odd word that but anyway).
Finding and accessing the updip should (I would think), lead to better recoveries.
It was also mentioned that the water in Quebec is better to work with than the briny water in the Pilbara.
The water in the Pilbara requires reverse osmosis to remove the salt to make it suitable for use in the processing plant.
Desalination to my knowledge is a very energy intensive process, not having to do it at NAL would be a plus.
