Hey just wondering, lets say theres a buyout offer right and shorts get called back. Do they have to cover, like lets pretend that i was the only one selling. could i for instance just sell 1 share at a time for $1 at first then keep increasing it by $1 for every other share until it reaches $1000 for instance and then unload it all. Or can shorters choose to ignore it until the sale goes through?
