SYA do not need to give away anything. The company has proven that it is a serious operator (capable of resurrecting and operating a difficult mine, in unfamiliar territory).
The job is not quite finished but it is starting to look good.
Imagine what they will be able to achieve, when they use the knowledge gained at NAL to build a brand new mine, just the way they want it at Moblan.
If PLL wanted more equity in NAL, they could always make an offer, SYA would be under no obligation to accept it.
SYA are in a far stronger position as an operator and producer than they were as a junior explorer (bidding for NAL)..
