I'm actually SHOCKED that investors have just let this Board get away with murder:
- s#ht sales deal
- subservient to PLL
- blatant money garb (pay rises)
- s#ht communication
- 10 Billion SOI
- atrocious track record - reckless mismanagement of two other companies
- putting SYA investors interests last
- leaky ship to help the BIG BOYS out
The list could go on... Personally I don't think JB's in any hurry to find a proper CEO either. I mean, why would he be - he's taking another CEO salary and perks for wrecking another company.
I think it's pretty obvious SYA will be completely f***ed up by JB and his Board also - unless they're removed by the very people who pay their wages and whose money they've lost. They've had more than enough chances and completely and utterly blown them. Leaving them in place will just get all investors more of the same - as it has done for the last year and a half. Truely SHOCKING.
