So are you saying that everything the BoD's of this company had done in signing the deals with Piedmonts and l include BL with them because the whole board is responsible for what they signed off on was in the best interests of Sayona Shareholders knowing full well the ramifications of what has since been shown by diligent posters ie; @cmonaussie and others that are shareholders of both companies who have clearly presented to the forum that Piedmont certainly pulled the wool over the eyes of the Sesame Street Gang an that the BoD's failed in their duty to consider or to fully comprehend what and how the Exwankerbanker was manipulating the deal to benefit only one side an that clearly shows how detrimental it has been to Sayona's shareholders and of great benefit to Piedmonts shareholders...if you still think the deal was signed an that it was fair an equitable to both sides then surely you and many others who think the same are all a couple of chops short of the barbie mate.
