have NEVER suggested that KP has "pulled the wool over anyones eyes" or "manipulated the deal".
What I have presented simply shows that KP negotiated a deal that presents PLL with above market return on the capital risked when compared to SYA ... that was the point of looking at FCF yield.
Don't change the context.
The deal must have been reasonable to SYA BoD at the time else they would have rejected it. If you think otherwise take them to court for failing in the fiduciary duties as directors ... but you better be a whole lot more prepared than just slinging insults.
