Yeh 110% they were scrambling around getting third parties to find out how many were dissatisfied with them and they may have turned a few retail around to vote for them by doing it as well...but the general consensus was they were in big trouble and shat themselves hence why the ring around and make no mistake they would have rang the major holders as well to get an idea of the position they were in and the end voting showed as much...what got me was the fact they knew how the Constitution was worded but still failed to recognise it before the AGM and even at the AGM not one of them could explain their own wording....that told me how incapable they are in running a company at the highest level.
