South Korea Said to Build Lithium Reserves to Aid Battery Sector
“South Korea’s trade ministry unveiled a plan in March to invest 241.7 billion won over the next three years to build warehouses for storage of critical minerals, including lithium, gallium and rare earths.”

Stock piling lithium while prices are cheap seems like a good investment in the future.
South Korea have said they will do it, I wonder if the US, Europe and Japan might do it as well.
If this was to eventuate, the number of exChina buyers of spodumene from SYAQ would markedly increase.
I am thinking exChina buyers (having government fighting funds to back them) would pay a premium to guarantee they were able to get product to stockpile.
