Sayona Mining (AU:SYA) has released an update.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates have become substantial shareholders in Sayona Mining Ltd, with a 5.13% voting power through 528,078,050 ordinary shares. The financial firm’s relevant interests in Sayona Mining involve a mix of securities on loan, obligations to return under securities lending agreements, and purchases and sales in various capacities. Sayona Mining’s new significant investor status was noted in a recent Form 603 filed under the Corporations Act 2001 Section 671B.
