I would actually like Whisky's thoughts on this
It's a subject that crops up every now and then when other things to talk about dry up and is accompanied by lots of chest beating, hand wringing and fighting talk. Personally I think all CEO's are paid too much but it's an industry wide issue not specific to SYA, as for running two companies at the same time is far from ideal but so is the price of concentrate and many other issues.
JB stepped in at short notice as an interim CEO and will step down when they find a suitable replacement and then something else will crop up for people to moan about.
My only interest is getting through this very difficult phase of our existence and if I didn't think the current team were up to the task I would have sold. So that's my thoughts on the subject.
