How is it we can't get a new ceo in 9mnths
We've got a CEO, just because you don't like him doesn't mean he isnt suitable to the current situation...its not necessarily difficult to get a new CEO but getting one that fits the requirements of a North America operation with downstream commitments is another thing..what's the rush the only thing that matters at the moment is viability and thats got more to do with the price of concentrate and production costs.
This mine has already failed twice and I doubt any quality CEO would to be in a Rush to jump on board untill they were confident there won't be a third failure , it doesn't look good on your resume.
If you think a new CEO is going to magically make the price of concentrate go up , run a mine better than JB and his team and make the shareprice rocket then good luck, but be carefull what you wish for, a new CEO guarantees nothing.
There is process in place for a new Chairman and CEO , it will happen and take the time it takes and not influenced by bitching about it on HC...or at least I hope not.
