Dennis Charles O'Neill serves Non-Executive Director of the company. he was Managing Director, Executive Director of Sayona Mining Limited. He was previously Managing Director and Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Western Australia. He has over 30 years of experience in exploration project and corporate management. He is also a Director of Altura Mining Limited.

Check Morella's BoD's and see who's on it...and hopefully you too will see or at least start to see how the connection of this board of Muppets and how they are tied at the hips in the way they move between each company to make sure no INDEPENDENT people are ever allowed to be in control and if it happens they then use their numbers and show you the door....why do you think an INDEPENDENT CHAIRMAN hasn't been engaged they are a DIME a DOZEN anyone can be a Chairman...you chair meetings and engage outside companies to source what you want...so for this board to not engage one means they dont want to because if they did the chairman would start the process of looking for a CEO an thats not going to happen...and here's another one take a look at Lucas Dow and his credentials he could have easily been appointed as CEO why was he not...yep one just needs to look over the forest and then you'll start to see the tree's.
