I am fairly certain the first shipment on AAL MOON last year went to Zhenjiang, from memory it was about 22,000 tonnes and it was an SYAQ allocation.
As the refinery will know the settings required for spod from NAL, it would make sense that another load from SYAQ’s allocation would go there for refining again.
