Well you and every person who goes on and on about the BOD on a public form are reinforcing the negative sentiment.
So well done!
Maybe organise your coup meetings offline and put together a legitimate plan, one that includes a new BOD.
Make sure the coup group doesn't get it wrong, otherwise you may have a class action from the shareholders who lose a fortune due to the actions of the circus clowns that want to create a self fulfilling prophecy.
