I do think it's fair though for a shareholder to remain invested but want to see better performance from its board.

What do you expect them to do , perhaps another CR to strengthen the balance , put us into C&M, consolidate shares, or merge with PLL, after all those are the sort of decisions they are responsible for and will make if required.
Talks behind the scenes are always going on and if they result in something we will be told about it. In the meantime keeping the company solvent is their main task and so far its working.

The Company doesn't need a new vision, it already knows exactly what needs to be done and is going about doing it with the boards blessing , we cant exist or move forward without a profitable mine.
