Its not that.....
Everyone is now aware that the BOD's time is up...
SYA BOD is not too ambitious and think out for themselves and not for the common shareholders good which is last on their agenda.
What's the point reminiscing about the past....which is behind us.
Those were some good times...Remember how many times the BOD has been out with their begging bowl asking for money from investors?
Because money was cheap then...not so much now. Ultra-Low interest rates.....easy money.
They know they cannot go for another cap raise.
They could have raised 750 million at one go with a better partner on their side...
But they wanted to milk the common shareholders....which may be KP's idea for all we know.
Not so much fun now...the short-sighted vision is badly affected as no respite from interest rates, geographical issues, wars...what not.
The age-old BOD of SYA has not operated on global level...they lack experience and the clock is ticking.
They will be removed.
We will become a target.
If institutional investors want a greater share of SYA the SP needs to move upwards...
SP moves upwards...Retail will slowly start yielding their stock....at 15 cents..22 cents...30 cents, 40 cents..there on.
Retail will not sell at this low going price of SYA stock.
But for all this to happen SYA valuation needs to increase many folds...
What better way to do that....add that carbonate plant with completion and operation to our assets list.
But the BOD will have to be gone for this to be achieved..
We will have to partner with a bigger bird...someone with cash and technical know how to do so.
