The bleak reality is that NAL has a horrible past, Its costing the JV more to operate than they're getting for the product, currently supply is where it needs to be, (it will only take 1 or 2 projects to be delayed or not go ahead to return to a deficit).
Sayona doesnt wholly own any of its major assets.
There's a large retail holder base who emotions run hot.
They haven't had a proper CEO or company head for many months
The lithium price is close to recent lows
Looming US election is creating uncertainty
.. I mean I can go on mate but reality is that the best board in the world isn't going to change any of these pints (except the obvious)
