SP dropped not because of BOD. Someone highlighted many factors led to sp drop. Short-term trades are highly vulnerable to market sentiments. If all shareholders set their investments for LT, then ST market sentiments would not affect emotion. I see low sp is a good buy opportunity for LT investment.
