Is the stock overvalued and then for technical reasons and other influencing factors a stock can be shorted.
A shorted stock has to be returned to the owner.
So the party lending the stock is is no rush to sell ...maybe they are focussed on the dividends from the company....This may be the case for PLS.
SYA is undervalued ....is it not?
Has the value of the half completed carbonate plant has been realised yet?
In case of SYA, the BOD is truly a non performing asset
