For those that like to keep track of shipments of spod being despatched from NAL, I am tracking two general cargo ships that I believe are carrying product from there.

TAAGBERG has just in the last hour completed it’s transit through the Panama Canal and will arrive in Zhenjiang on 10 July.

UHL FAST is off Hong Kong and will arrive in Qinzhou in three days time.

FYI Qinzhou is at the very bottom of China, not far from the Vietnamese border.

Zhenjiang is in Central China up stream from Shanghai.

The shipment I tracked that arrived in China last month went to the very northern part of the country, not far from the North Korean border.

This indicates NAL spodumene is acceptable for processing from one end of China to the other and by a variety of refiners.

I take that as a positive sign.
