The spodumene is useless if it cannot be refined.
With so few refineries outside of China, the Communist know that they control the price.
If western governments believe in renewables, then they need to get off their asses and start funding these refineries.
Canada is one country that is so high and mighty when it comes to renewables but they make it as difficult as possible
