Until the board is effectively "peeled back" to directors with no long standing relationships and no connection with PLL and we re-instate objectivity and focus. SYA is 100% a puppet to PLL. The only inadvertent way that would change is another massive spike in spod prices which would mean we wouldnt have any trouble selling at auction for big dollars. Until then PLL is in full indirect control of SYA through "the commitment to PLL offtake" it benefits PLL because they get cheap spod and our management keep their jobs and their "modest" pay cheques.. Could you imagine the uproar if they did elect to C&M Nal. They would hate taking massive pay cuts while the company sits on the shelf.....

But hey, people can keep thanking the board for their great work. Yes, exceptional work 27c down to 5c. No industry insight or forethought from this management when spod prices started to crash to get an offtake signed IMMEDIATELY. Na we will just wait and sell it on open market for peanuts. An even if as others have said in the past to me, oh well even under offtake we would be at market pricing. Well no not necessarily it depends on the contract. Part of it might be fixed. Part of it may include some sort of discount to help us establish carbonate. But hey, SYA now face the harsh reality that carbonate may never be a thing, especially now given we still cant turn a profit and have been burning through cash the last 3 or so quarters.
