Of course they will...its what company's do to lift their profiles because they know all too well that the reason they need to is because they have continued raising capital to keep the doors open...all specky stocks do it until they have exhausted the register to such a point they need to do a Consolidation because they are nearly in the sewer with regard to the shareprice vs SOI and when they complete a Consolidation it gives them the opportunities to continue raising cash and diluting shareholders wealth from previous years gone by that way it also gives them the notion to put out and beat their chests as the SP is much higher until the first CR comes along of course...yes there will be a Consolidation coming when is anyone's guess.

Thinking the the major investor's that bought in at 18cps wouldn't be to happy about it.
