I actually am a holder, you are clearly short as you strongly advocate for the failure of SYA.
If you really are just that thick that you think the BOD are good (don't google AJM) look on the bright side, if the BOD gets booted you will be sad but your SYA shares will be worth 3 times as much as they currently are.
If the BOD stays you will own no SYA shares, but you will be happy.
I think that as the year roll one those lending out shares to short will look to pivot away from lithium and call back shorts, as less of the register is incentivized by a falling share price the AGM voting will reflect a new long bias and the BOD will get the boot.
