So after some careful thinking, why set up the buy walls if they just get sold into, perhaps its psychological. Their creating a psychological bias where once the buy walls are created we assume the share price will go down, therefore we feel that we should sell, however what can they gain by purchasing at that price if the share price is doomed to fall below that?
