    Our BOD are completely out of their depth, independently assessed by Institutional Analysis as having the WORST level of Governance. As you said, where are the OTA's, new CEO, new Managing Director and, " if going Carbonate was a no-brainer" according to JB :; then why are we standing still. The Canadian and US Govt's are throwing money at anyone except SYA.

    Our current BOD are incapable and desperately hoping for a take-over as a Golden Parachute. AGM, second strike and good riddance.
