I believe PLS will be sending 315k tpy to the POSCO refinery when both stages are fully ramped.
By the end of next year they will be producing 1million tpy.
They have recently increased OTAs with two of their Chinese customers, there may be more.
To me it seems unlikely that they will send sc to the US mainly for two reasons:
- distance
- Australia’s trade relationship with China.
If PLS were to enter the US market, it would probably be through m & a of North American assets.
