where I do disagree is that they are the only tasks at hand. We need a leader who is not afraid to make a decision.
Fair enough but I don't think other tasks were ever off the table, I'm sure talks would have been ongoing, but priorities had to change.
The no brainer of turning NAL into mine/ concentrator and refiinery on the same site taking trasnport costs largely off the table is unlikely to have changed but finding a partner/funder at the moment without serious dilution in some form would challenge any CEO. First you need a profitable mine before funders including Govts open their wallets.
First priority is a strong balance sheet and I'm not sure how LD sees our balance sheet and his first decision could just as easily be putting us into C&M if the spod price continues to fall. Who knows but we have a new CEO in place so lets see where that takes us its a very challenging time.
