In order to advance the carbonate plant you have to first have your partner to agree. Optics are a problem here, from a shareholders perspective, it appears that our management can't even get a commitment from a partner much less sell the thought to a 3rd party. A nice first step would be for PLL and Sayona to issue a joint statement saying they both agree that they will be working towards meeting the 2026 deadline with an outline of steps that need to be taken to get that to occur. They should then give regular updates to the shareholders that outlines what has been done in the last "X" days/months to further the project goals. This would allow shareholders some vision into the process and allow us to know that this is real and is going to happen.

At this point Sayona is the only party that has stated they want to move forward, so can LD convince KP to at least a soft commit?
