I think PLL will have to give something away to keep themselves afloat.
Market is tight.
Spod pricing will not improve or is and will stay that way for a good amount of time.
So progress has to be made with the carbonate plant.
Best for PLL to sell all their stake in SYA to Tesla for a good amount and move on.
Or LG....but I guess LG will not be interested anymore
